Polyurethane screen is a kind of meshwork made of polyurethane.

1. PU screen plate has nice wear-resisting property and a prolonged performance life. Its wearability is three to five times more than the steel screen plate, and over five times better than the common rubber screen plate.
2. PU screen plate requires minimum maintenance load. As polyurethane screen plate is a nonperishable product and has a prolonged useful life, the maintenance load and the loss resulting from downtime can be greatly reduced.
3. Your final cost for PU screen plate is very low. Although the rate of polyurethane screen plate is higher (about 3 times) than that of the same specification of stainless steel screen plate, its final cost is not high at all. Why not high? Because polyurethane screen plate lasts 4 to 5 times longer than stainless steel screen plate, and is of low repetition of maintenance repairs and replacements.
4. PU screen plate has nice wet fastness. It functions well under the water medium conditions. Also, under the media, like water or oil, the friction coefficient between polyurethane and materials is reduced, thus more benefiting materials passing through screen plate, improving screening efficiency and avoiding adherence of humid particulates onto it. Moreover the reduction of friction coefficient results in a greatly decreased abrasion and a significantly prolonged service life.

5. PU screen plate is corrosion resisting, nonflammable, nonpoisonous and tasteless.
6. The rational design of screen opening and unique manufacturing process of PU screen plate present an advantage that the particles with extreme dimensions cannot block screen meshes.
7. PU screen plate has nice shock absorption capacity. Its silencing capacity is strong, so it can reduce noises and make oversize product unbreakable in the course of vibrating process.
8. Due to secondary vibration of polyurethane, polyurethane screen plate has self-cleaning effect, so it has high screening efficiency.
9. PU screen plate leads to energy-saving and cost-reducing effects. The specific gravity of polyurethane is small, much lighter than the same dimension steel screen plate, therefore lessening the load imposed upon the screening device, saving power consumption and prolonging the longevity of screening device.
